When my weight reached 120 kg+ in October 2004, I thought, it's time for me to change. After much deliberation (and procrastination) I decided to take up
body-building to rescue the ripped and chiseled hunk trapped inside this blubbery fats of me!
I began reading about regimes and supplements that are required for this sport - and I can tell you that it is not cheap! Being ignorant, I started buying
these expensive supplements from stores - I even got membership cards in hopes of getting discounts to offset what fortune I have spent earlier. My
enthusiasm for the sport waned as I felt it was too expensive (I wasn't seeing much results either). I quit abruptly right after the last of my supplements were finished.

It was my first time ordering a health supplement from TSW. I called the hotline number and was greeted in a polite and courteous manner.

My passion for weight training was ignited by my martial art background. I carried out as much research as I can about weight training, from the different form of training for the
