I am thoroughly impressed by TSW's quality of service. Having placed an order on a Sunday morning, I tried my luck and requested for a delivery time slot at 6pm - 10pm on the following day, a Monday. I was not expecting TSW to fulfill my order so fast, but they did!
I was attended to by a TSW staff when I called up on Monday afternoon to check if TSW would be able to deliver on that day. Without even asking for it, the TSW customer service staff read out my entire order in detail to confirm. She was very professional and answered my questions promptly, without any reservations or uncertainty.
Prior to the delivery of my order, the delivery staff also gave me a call on my handphone to confirm if he could deliver to my place. Having signed up for the Purple Rewards membership, my Blenderball shaker and Bamboo towel, together with my Membership Card - printed with my name, no less - were also delivered with the rest of my supplements. ALL WITHIN A DAY! Having the membership meant that I could punch in a minimum order of just $60 and have it delivered to me for free!
I must say, I have to give it up to the TSW team. I had previously ordered with another competitor but the level of service and professionalism were nowhere close to what TSW delivered. TSW has set the bar so high with its competitive prices and its prompt and awesome service. Not to mention the online store was one of the easiest to browse and use. TSW will be the first I will turn to for all my supplement needs.

When my weight reached 120 kg+ in October 2004, I thought, it's time for me to change.
After much deliberation (and procrastination) I decided to take up body-building
to rescue the ripped and chiseled hunk trapped inside this blubbery fats of me!
I began reading about regimes and supplements that are required for this sport -
and I can tell you that it is not cheap! Being ignorant, I started buying these
expensive supplements from stores - I even got membership cards in hopes of getting
discounts to offset what fortune I have spent earlier. My enthusiasm for the sport

number and was greeted in a polite and courteous manner.
Although it was after the working office hours, the person on the line told me politely

My passion for weight training was ignited by my martial art background. I carried
out as much research as I can about weight training, from the different form of
training for the specific muscle group to the food that we consume. One thing in
