THE SUPPLEMENT WAREHOUSE PTE LTD (HEREAFTER, TSW, A SINGAPORE REGISTERED BUSINESS),

Delivery Limitations and Locations
To help us serve you better, if you are unable or may be unable to take delivery
of your purchase personally, please appoint a person to make payment and receive
the purchase on your behalf. We would appreciate that you could appoint a person
to make payment and collect the purchase on your behalf. In the event, that we have
visited your delivery location but are unable to contact you or your appointed person
to complete the delivery, your purchase would be made available for collection at
our store the next working day. A handling fee of10.00 would be charged should you
prefer to schedule a re-delivery.
When an order is placed, it will be delivered to an address designated by the purchaser
as long as that delivery address is valid. Invalid addresses include incomplete
postal address, army camps, air force and naval bases, air freight centres, ports,
terminals and wharves, PO Boxes, Jurong Island and such other places as may be determined
in TSW's absolute discretion from time to time without any notice to you.
Shipping Restrictions
You shall be responsible for ensuring that the purchase and subsequent import of
any products does not infringe the laws of your home country. Without prejudice
to any other clause in these Terms and Conditions, TSW shall not be liable for (i)
the confiscation of the products and/or (ii) any fines or penalties which may be
imposed upon you. You agree to indemnify TSW for any fines and/or penalties which
may be imposed upon TSW for the infringement of any such laws as a result of your
purchase. In the event that your goods are confiscated, you shall not be entitled
to any refund from TSW.
Acceptance of order
While it is our practice to confirm orders by e-mail, the receipt of an e-mail order
confirmation does not constitute our acceptance of an order or our confirmation
of an offer to sell a product or service. We reserve the right, without prior notice,
to limit and/or amend the order quantity, promotional period, items, gifts or any
product or service and/or to refuse service to any customer. We also may require
verification of information prior to the acceptance and/or delivery of any order.
Damaged/Defective Goods
We are committed to selling only quality goods from reputable manufacturers. To
that end, we employ several quality checks before an item is delivered. In the rare
event that you have received a damaged or defective item, please notify us directly
by phone or email within 3 days of receiving the order to be eligible for an exchange.
Please refer to the section on "Exchange of products" for further details.
Exchange/Refund of Products
We offer a 5 day exchange policy that all products at time of delivery shall be free
from manufacturing defects and past expiry dates. Our exchange policy applies only for
the original purchase; original invoice as the proof of purchase and all original
packaging including intact product seal are required. Product for exchange must be in
unopened and resalable condition. Exchange can only be done in our showroom at 13
Lorong 8 Toa Payoh, #04-07 Braddell Tech, Singapore 319261. This exchange policy is
not applicable for purchase made at promotional or clearance prices.
We do not do refunds for products that have been sold and/or delivered.
Working Day and Store Location
Our working day is defined as any day of the week from 10.30 a.m. to 7.00 p.m.,
Mondays to Fridays, except Singapore Public Holidays. Our store is located in Block
13 Lorong 8 Toa Payoh, #04-07, Braddell Tech, Singapore 319261.

and you agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.

Unless expressly provided otherwise, a person who is not a directly a party of a
sale and purchase agreement between TSW and a purchaser may not enforce any of these
Terms and Conditions under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act (Chapter
53B) and notwithstanding any clause of these Terms and Conditions, the consent of
any third party is not required for any variation (including any release or compromise
of any liability) or termination of this agreement.
